Assist Manager NRM in the preparation of and consolidation of annual work plan, proposal writing, LFA and budge, .preparation of training modules and session planning for training in different NRM sectors. Implementation of the activities including demonstrations, campaigns, workshops, field days etc. Have a close contact with community for conserving, promotion and development of Natural Resources at community level. Assisting the Manager NRM in Planning and Implementation of NRM related activities in field and coordinating with Field/Zonal Program Offices. Participation in the Village Development Plan-Action Planning through using the PRA techniques. Facilitating volunteers and interns in research work. Yearly, quarterly & monthly planning, reporting and record keeping

Coordinate and facilitate participatory planning process to identify and plan for social mobilization, organization and empowerment related potentials/opportunities and problems of the target people and area. Organize social mobilization session at village level including all stake holders and gender using PRA methodology Organization of SMC formation session and conduct regular meetings, seminars and workshops. Support Project Manager and Master Trainers to provide social mobilization inputs during the formulation of yearly plan of operation (YPO) and inputs in annual experience sharing workshop. Establish and strengthen linkages between communities and service providers (Government Line Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, Private sector etc.). Access and support the resolutions of VCs regarding reactive and proactive RISE programme activities. Formulate and quarterly update the profile of selected Village Committees  of  the programme area. Provide necessary reports regarding School Management Committees

To address the problems and issues in NRM sector using Participatory Technology Development (PTD) & Farmer Field School (FFS) approaches. Access and support the resolutions of VCs regarding reactive and proactive activities in the agriculture sector. Raising fruit orchards, forest nurseries and forest plantations with the involvement of the community. Conducting livestock and poultry field days involving community activists and livestock department. Imparting trainings to the community members on the Natural Resources Conservation issues. Facilitate experience sharing and consultative process of making necessary adjustment in project strategies and approaches on the basis of lessons learnt.
